When I came to CCRS, I was in debt up to my eyeballs. I made a good living but I could not see any of it. Because of listening to Ms. Williams and following her instructions, I am debt free and do not have to work the overtime anymore. I was a bit nervous about talking to an advisor about planning for my retirement. Ms. Williams was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me obtain the appropriate medical coverage so I would not need to worry about my meds and then she prepared my retirement funds in the way I wanted. She was not pushy and know it all but insightful and helpful. I have referred my friends and family to her because she takes care of her clients. I can call her at any time, about anything and know that she will handle it for me. Everyone at CCRS is very professional, friendly and helpful. CCRS is the real thing!

They answered my questions and didn't try to talk over my head. Usually when you talk to anyone about insurance or financial issues, the representative will use terms that you don't understand. Kayla was considerate and friendly. She also answered my questions. When she referred me to the senior advisor Clarissa, again I received the same type of services. They really care about us!!
